Laura Barlow

Laura Barlow serves as Director of People & Performance at 2SP Sports, where she leads employee development, team accountability, talent acquisition, and operational execution across the organization. She partners closely with leadership to build high-performing teams, strengthen company culture, and ensure employees have the support, clarity, and accountability needed to succeed.

Laura brings more than a decade of leadership and people-focused experience. Prior to joining 2SP Sports, she spent nearly four years as a Corporate Recruiter with Populus Group, specializing in talent acquisition and strategic hiring partnerships. Before that, she spent over six years with lululemon in leadership roles, where she developed expertise in coaching, performance management, team development, and operational excellence while leading high-performing teams. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. Her unique blend of recruiting, leadership, and behavioral expertise helps foster a culture where people and teams can thrive.
