Jace Gerlach

Jace grew up in South Lyon, MI and was a pitcher at Hope College in Holland, MI. After graduating from Hope, he joined the Athlete Lab before , where he played a key role in designing the youth development program, helping young athletes build confidence in the weight room while learning foundational movement skills. Jace works with athletes of all ages, from youth to collegiate, focusing on developing sound movement patterns, strength, and technique that support long-term athletic success. As 2SP Novi Director, he oversees all athlete programming and supports the daily operations.
