DK is a retired 6-year professional goaltender and was the first ever goalie to make it from the lowest level of professional hockey (FPHL) to the American hockey league (AHL) - one step away from playing in the NHL. He played NCAA D3 hockey at Adrian College, where he acquired a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business. After his first-year pro, DK got certified as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) and started his own remote training & mentorship business dedicated to helping goaltender reach their full potential. DK spent his last 3 off-seasons training at the Athlete Lab before being hired as the Director. Now that he’s retired, his mission is to share the training and knowledge that helped him get to the next level with dedicated athletes who have the same drive and aspirations.
