From flagship performance centers to specialized training labs, 2SP facilities are built to scale athlete development. Every location supports the same training systems while serving different performance needs.
Madison Heights (HQ)
Madison Heights is 2SP’s 29,000-square-foot headquarters and most comprehensive performance training location. This facility offers strength and conditioning, team training, speed and agility development, JumpStart youth programming, and rentable turf and cage space—making it the most versatile training hub in the system. As the operational core of 2SP, Madison Heights reflects the brand at full scale: high-energy training floors, data-informed programming, experienced leadership, and systems designed to develop athletes from first exposure through advanced competition.

Athlete Lab
The Athlete Lab is 2SP's flagship high-performance center, a state-of-the-art hockey and rotational-sport training environment in Farmington Hills. The facility pairs a fully equipped weight room, cognitive training area, indoor and outdoor turf, and dedicated recovery space with a study and meeting area built for athletes balancing training with school and travel. Directly across the street, Suburban Ice provides two NHL-regulation sheets and a shooting area for on-ice development. Led by director Dillon Kelley, the Athlete Lab serves elite rotational athletes, including a deep roster of NHL, collegiate, and junior clients, through advanced sport science, individualized programming, and specialized coaching.

Waterford North
Waterford North combines a full performance training floor with extensive baseball and softball infrastructure, including multiple batting cages, a pitching cage, and HitTrax ball-tracking. The location supports individualized performance training, team training, and speed and agility development, alongside rentable cage and facility space for outside teams and instructors.

Located in Shelby Township, this 2SP location brings the platform's science-backed training model to Macomb County. Athletes train in structured groups on individualized programs spanning strength, speed, and movement quality, using the same assessment-driven methodology applied across every 2SP facility.

High Performance
2SP High Performance in Novi delivers the platform's science-backed training model with an emphasis on advanced athlete development. Led by director Jace Gerlach, the location focuses on movement quality, speed development, and durability for athletes progressing toward collegiate and elite competition.

The 2SP Fieldhouse in Warren combines cage work, HitTrax ball-tracking, and open training turf in one flexible space. It supports individual skill development, team training, and rentable field time for outside organizations, making it a versatile hub for baseball, softball, and multi-sport athletes.

Inge Performance Lab
The Den at Inge Performance Lab is 2SP's Brighton-area training environment, delivering the platform's assessment-driven strength, speed, and movement programming to athletes across Livingston County. Led by facility director Aaron Abraham, The Den pairs 2SP's proven methodology with a space built for long-term athlete development.

Force plates used to measure how athletes produce force during jumps and strength-based movements, helping identify asymmetries and performance trends.

Sportreact
Sportreact is an integrated training and testing system that uses laser timing and reactive light technology to improve speed, agility, reaction, and decision-making.

Vald SmartSpeed
A laser timing system used to assess speed, acceleration, and change-of-direction performance through precise, repeatable measurements.

Vald ForceFrame
A testing system that measures joint-specific force output and asymmetries, providing insight into strength balance and movement characteristics.

Wattbike
A power-based cycling system that measures output, cadence, and workload, commonly used for conditioning and performance assessment.

VBT (Velocity Based Training)
A training method that uses bar speed data to guide strength training intensity, helping coaches manage load and intent more precisely.

FYTT
FYTT is strength and conditioning programming software that helps 2SP coaches and sport scientists automate individualized, data-driven training at scale.

Batting Cages
Dedicated training space for baseball and softball athletes to work on hitting, pitching, skill development, private lessons, and team training in a safe, controlled environment.

Pitching Cage
A dedicated pitching cage for bullpen work, pitching development, and arm-care training in a controlled indoor environment.

Free Weights
A full range of free weights supporting strength development through fundamental and advanced resistance training movements.

Training Racks
Commercial-grade racks built for structured strength training, accommodating multiple athletes while maintaining safety and flow.

Training Turf
Indoor turf areas designed for speed work, conditioning, agility drills, and sport-specific movement training.

HitTrax
A ball-tracking system used within cages to provide feedback on hitting metrics and support skill development sessions.

Cryotherapy
A recovery modality that exposes the body to extremely cold temperatures for short durations, commonly used to support circulation and post-training recovery.

Infrared Sauna
A recovery environment that uses infrared heat to support circulation, muscle relaxation, and overall recovery between training sessions.

Marc Pro
An electrical muscle stimulation system designed to promote blood flow and recovery by gently contracting muscles without added fatigue.

Cupping
A manual recovery technique that uses suction cups to promote localized blood flow and support muscle recovery in targeted areas.

Recovery Lounge
A designated recovery space where athletes can access recovery tools and modalities to support restoration between training sessions.
