Batting Cages
Dedicated training space for baseball and softball athletes to work on hitting, pitching, skill development, private lessons, and team training in a safe, controlled environment.
Training Turf
Indoor turf areas designed for speed work, conditioning, agility drills, and sport-specific movement training.
HitTrax
A ball-tracking system used within cages to provide feedback on hitting metrics and support skill development sessions.
Pitching Cage
A dedicated pitching cage for bullpen work, pitching development, and arm-care training in a controlled indoor environment.

2SP understands exactly what exercises I need to strengthen my body in the off-season. They're also instrumental in helping in-season injuries heal through the proper exercises and recovery techniques. I'm always ready to go for my upcoming season because of their program.
I have been training with 2SP since the 2011 season. Through my career I've had to deal with some body-related issues, and 2SP has seen me through 3 contracts and 3 All-Star appearances. It's the most comprehensive training atmosphere in the business.
I trust my guys with 2SP. I love how detail-oriented they are with each athlete. They truly understand the techniques that improve a player's strength, speed, and conditioning, and their on-ice performance improves with the training.

2SP's Madison Heights headquarters is our flagship and most comprehensive training location, offering performance training, team training, 2SP Foundations youth programming, and rentable turf and cage space for athletes, teams, and organizations.
Athlete Lab
The Athlete Lab is a 2SP performance training facility serving athletes of all ages and experience levels. From youth athletes building their foundation to collegiate and professional competitors, the Athlete Lab provides purposeful coaching and individualized training designed to support each athlete's development. Its location within the Suburban Sports complex also provides access to additional training resources, including a state-of-the-art hockey performance center located across the street at Suburban Ice.
Waterford North
Waterford North provides performance and team training with access to turf and cage rentals. The facility supports both structured athlete development and flexible training needs for teams and individuals.
Shelby Township
2SP Shelby Township delivers individualized performance training, team training, and speed and agility development to Macomb County athletes, led by an experienced strength and conditioning staff.
High Performance
2SP High Performance in Novi is an advanced athlete development environment led by director Jace Gerlach, focused on strength, speed, and long-term durability.
Inge Performance Lab
The Den at Inge Performance Lab brings performance training to the greater Brighton area, led by former MLB player Brandon Inge and facillitated by Aaron Abraham
