Dedicated training space for baseball and softball athletes to work on hitting, pitching, skill development, private lessons, and team training in a safe, controlled environment.

Commercial-grade racks built for structured strength training, accommodating multiple athletes while maintaining safety and flow.
Training Turf
Indoor turf areas designed for speed work, conditioning, agility drills, and sport-specific movement training.
Hawkin Dynamic Force Plates
Force plates used to measure how athletes produce force during jumps and strength-based movements, helping identify asymmetries and performance trends.
VBT (Velocity Based Training)

2SP understands exactly what exercises I need to strengthen my body in the off-season. They're also instrumental in helping in-season injuries heal through the proper exercises and recovery techniques. I'm always ready to go for my upcoming season because of their program.
I have been training with 2SP since the 2011 season. Through my career I've had to deal with some body-related issues, and 2SP has seen me through 3 contracts and 3 All-Star appearances. It's the most comprehensive training atmosphere in the business.

The Athlete Lab is a 2SP performance training facility serving athletes of all ages and experience levels. From youth athletes building their foundation to collegiate and professional competitors, the Athlete Lab provides purposeful coaching and individualized training designed to support each athlete's development. Its location within the Suburban Sports complex also provides access to additional training resources, including a state-of-the-art hockey performance center located across the street at Suburban Ice.

2SP Shelby Township delivers individualized performance training, team training, and speed and agility development to Macomb County athletes, led by an experienced strength and conditioning staff.
High Performance
2SP High Performance in Novi is an advanced athlete development environment led by director Jace Gerlach, focused on strength, speed, and long-term durability.
2SP Fieldhouse
The 2SP Fieldhouse is a versatile indoor training facility designed for team practices, performance training, camps, clinics, and facility rentals. Featuring indoor turf, batting cages, a pitching lane, HitTrax technology, and flexible training space, the Fieldhouse supports athletes and teams across a variety of sports.

The Den at Inge Performance Lab brings performance training to the greater Brighton area, led by former MLB player Brandon Inge and facillitated by Aaron Abraham
